JM-XJ3Pro-C: Large-Drum Design for Higher Efficiency in Field Operations

The JM-XJ3Pro-C is designed for construction environments in mountainous areas and remote field sites where external power supply is unavailable. Powered by a 6.8 kW diesel engine, the winch delivers a rated pulling force of 25 kN.

Its key upgrade is the adoption of a 36 cm large-diameter drum. Compared with traditional small-drum designs, it improves rope take-up efficiency by approximately 20%, while allowing neater rope spooling and reducing the risk of rope compression or uneven winding. The multi-speed gearbox allows flexible switching between heavy-load tensioning and fast rope take-up under no-load conditions, meeting a wide range of construction requirements.

JM-XJ5S Double-Drum Version: Dual-Line Operation with Stable and Reliable Performance

The JM-XJ5S double-drum cable pulling winch is available in both gasoline-powered and diesel-powered versions. With a rated pulling force of up to 50 kN, it is suitable for line tensioning operations on 10 kV to 110 kV power lines.

Its core advantages include a double-drum design that effectively helps prevent wire rope twisting and knotting during deployment, improving both operational safety and efficiency. The belt-driven transmission system reduces impact during gear shifting, helping protect the equipment and wire rope while extending service life.

Both new models are equipped with multi-speed adjustable transmission and a gravity brake system. When the operating handle returns to the neutral position or the machine stops, the drum is automatically locked to prevent load slippage, providing enhanced safety for all-weather field operations.
