Hydraulic Tensioners

Hydraulic Tensioners are core equipment for overhead transmission line stringing. They provide adjustable and constant back tension to conductors and work with Hydraulic Pullers to maintain proper tension and clearance during stringing. With precise pay-out control and responsive braking, they help prevent conductor abrasion, twisting, and damage, making them ideal for UHV lines, long-span crossings, and complex terrain.

Hydraulic Puller-Tensioners

Hydraulic Puller-Tensioners combine pulling and tensioning functions in one machine for high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage overhead transmission line stringing. They can operate as either a Hydraulic Puller or Hydraulic Tensioner, providing strong pulling force for conductor stringing and constant back tension for controlled pay-out. They help reduce equipment and transport costs while improving jobsite mobility, making them ideal for emergency repair, sectional stringing, long-span crossings, and complex terrain.

Stringing Accessories

Stringing Accessories are essential tools used with Hydraulic Pullers, Hydraulic Tensioners, and Puller-Tensioners for high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage overhead transmission line stringing.
