Changyun Tech Launches the T4 Intelligent PC Strand Pusher Machine for Smarter Prestressing Construction

On January 28, 2026, Changyun Technology officially launched its newly developed T4 Intelligent PC Strand Pusher Machine. Designed for prestressing applications in large bridges, box girders, and various structural projects, the machine provides an efficient and accurate solution for feeding PC strands.

The T4 adopts a mechanical transmission design, using roller clamping to push and feed PC strands. It supports forward, reverse, continuous feeding, and jog feeding modes, offering flexible operation for different jobsite requirements.

Powered by a 5.5 kW motor, the machine is suitable for 15.2 mm diameter PC strand. It has overall dimensions of 71 × 77 × 76 cm and weighs approximately 220 kg. When resistance increases under complex working conditions, the machine can adjust its high-torque output, providing convenient speed regulation and reliable performance.

In terms of functional configuration, the T4 features several intelligent upgrades. The automatic cutting function helps reduce manual labor, the adjustable length counter enables precise, quantified feeding, and the jog function allows flexible fine adjustment. The strand feeding speed follows a “slow–fast–slow” operating pattern, making it better suited to real-world construction conditions.

The machine is also equipped with braked swivel casters, a push handle, and lifting rings to meet different application needs. The electric control box and remote control enable flexible operation from multiple positions, while the linked control function supports synchronized operation of multiple machines.

For safety, the push-rod limit and mechanical limit work together to cut off power to the main unit during cutting, enhancing operational safety.

The launch of the T4 Intelligent PC Strand Pusher Machine marks another step forward in Changyun Technology’s technical capabilities in prestressing construction equipment. It provides strong support for improving construction efficiency and safety in bridge construction, municipal engineering, and related fields.
