The T4 Intelligent PC Strand Pusher is an efficient and reliable piece of specialized construction equipment designed for post-tensioning operations in large bridges, box girders, and various other structures. Featuring a mechanical transmission system, the machine uses rollers to grip and feed PC strands. It supports forward feeding, reverse feeding, continuous feeding, and inching operation, providing flexible and convenient control.

The T4 has been significantly upgraded in performance. Its motor drives multiple parallel output shafts inside the gearbox, with 2-shaft, 3-shaft, 4-shaft, and 5-shaft configurations available. Additional output shafts can be added to meet special operating requirements. The system delivers powerful, adjustable torque, enabling the machine to overcome increased resistance under complex working conditions.

The machine also integrates advanced functions including automatic cutting, stepless speed control, strand length tracking, and rapid travel. It is supplied with a dedicated transport trolley designed for confined spaces such as work pits and tunnels, greatly reducing labor intensity while improving operating efficiency and safety.

3. Sync Control for Multi-Machine Operation

The machine supports Sync Control for synchronized multi-machine operation. For long post-tensioning ducts, multiple machines can be connected in series for relay feeding, enabling continuous and uninterrupted strand pushing.
