The Single-Eye Wire Mesh Cable Pulling Grip is designed for securely pulling power and communication cables through conduits, trenches, manholes, and other cable-laying routes. Its flexible steel wire mesh contracts radially around the cable when axial pulling force is applied, creating a self-gripping action that increases holding strength as the pulling force rises.
The woven mesh distributes the pulling load evenly over a broad section of the cable sheath, helping reduce concentrated pressure, slippage, and insulation damage. A flexible pulling eye allows the grip to pass smoothly through pulleys, conduit entrances, bends, and confined installation areas. Six standard models are available for cable outer diameters from 37 to 140 mm, with custom sizes and lengths available for specific applications.
